CàPhê (origins from French word café /kafe/ and coffee in English) In Ho Chi Minh City, coffee shops are a great resource.
Not only are they full of caffeinated goodness, they are also generally air-conditioned.
We recommend Vietnamese chain coffee shops like Highlands Coffee and Korean-based The Coffee House.
They even featured frozen coffee ice cubes in our iced beverage. Or you could try to have a street coffee shop as a local, but we do not recommend this due to the fear of quality lacking.
Definitely a very refreshing and non-touristy place in Vietnam.
