Policy regarding Amendments /cancellation / no show/refund of Unused Services:
Day group tour: To receive a full refund, travelers may cancel up to 24 hours before the experience start time in the local time zone. No refunds will be given after that time period.
Services like a hotel, flight, boat, train, etc. Suppose The Customer has to change the confirmed itinerary for specific reasons. In that case, we are happy to assist subject to the following fees and conditions: An amendment fee of 10$ per person will be applied every time a confirmed booking requires amendments. Travelers shall bear any arising costs.
Refund of Unused Services: No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport, or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.
Please note that Hana Tourist Co. Ltd. will study each case of cancellation for a discounted cancellation charge. And we will have full rights to decide if the Refund Claim is reasonable for the cancellations made during this timeline.
Suppose, as a consequence of “Force Majeure” (as defined below); we are obliged to curtail, alter, extend or cancel the Tour. In that case, you shall not be at liberty to maintain a compensation claim or otherwise for any loss arising from said curtailment, alteration, extension, or cancellation of the Tour.
“Force Majeure”: natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire or other destruction of any vessel, craft, or vehicle to be used in connection with a holiday, destruction or damage to holiday accommodation, riots, acts of war, civil commotion, the exercise of legislative or government action, municipal or military or other authority, strikes, industrial action, requisition of equipment, mechanical breakdown, shortage of fuel, insolvency or default of any carrier or service connected with the Tour.
Travelers’ responsibility is to ensure that the information printed on flight tickets, train tickets, and other similar documents is correct as requested.
The detailed program and scheduled flights are subject to changes by airlines without prior notice and by the weather conditions and daily operation of flights. Consequently, the itinerary concerned might be adjusted. If this occurs, Hana Tourist Team will do all its power to assist participants in boarding flights or finding alternative arrangements. However, it is done as a courtesy to participants, and Hana Tourist cannot be held responsible for denied boarding or additional costs.
Hana Tourist recommends that all travelers take out an adequate insurance policy before traveling. Since our package tours, day trips, and other travel services DO NOT INCLUDE TRAVEL INSURANCE, you must obtain your own full travel insurance. Therefore, it is your responsibility to read your insurance policy before you travel and ensure that the insurance scheme provides you with the requisite level of coverage.
Changes made by the Suppliers/Hana Tourist
Regrettably, amendments may sometimes be necessary, and errors occasionally happen. We reserve the right to make changes or correct errors at any time, before and after our confirmation. In addition, flight timings, aircraft types and routings, train schedules, and cruises are subject to change for operational and technical reasons. If changes need to be made to your itinerary, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Hana Tourist Co. Ltd. is not responsible for passengers’ loss, injury, or damage.
The passengers must bear additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disasters, political actions, and unrest.
Participation in any tours/services implies all parties involved agree to the above conditions.
Child under 11 years old: 75% of adults fare
Child under 04 years old: FOC (Children’s expenses on Tour will pay by their parents)
