Overview

Immerse yourself in the natural beauty and the rich mixed culture of the Mekong Delta region and spend time exploring the local bustle and hustle floating market on the Mekong River at its loveliest time and most exciting of the day. Enjoy the atmosphere, the calm and quietness of the nature of the wetland forest, and have a homestay experience with the residents.

Highlight:

  • Have a good time rowing boat in a small village in Mekong Delta and sightseeing in the oldest Mekong Delta Pagoda.
  • Look at the formation of four sacred animal islets and enjoy the best unique flavor foods.
  • Have an experience in residential houses and pedaling bicycles to capture the resident's activities.
  • Wake up early to enjoy a large Cai Rang Floating Market in Can Tho's biggest city.
  • Have a chance to understand more Cham ethnic minority with the traditional weaving village and Fish Farm.

Itinerary

Day 1 :
Ho Chi Minh - My Tho - Ben Tre - Can Tho (L)

Pick you up at your hotel at 7:30 am.
Along the expressway, around 1,5 hours.
• Visit the Vinh Trang most outstanding pagoda in Mekong Delta, bearing a combination of European-Asian architecture.
• Enjoy a rowing boat trip under the water coconut trees along natural canals, and enjoy seasonal fruit & honey tea to the sound of "Southern Vietnamese folk music."
• Have lunch in the Tortoise islet of an orchard garden.
• Take a boat ride to Ben Tre, taste delicious coconut candy & observe the pastoral life, the fruit plantations, and the villages.
Proceed towards Can Tho and stay overnight in the Hotel or Homestay (Family homestay arranges your dinner request) - free time at night.

Day 2 :
Can Tho - Chau Doc - Tra Su Sanctuary (B,L)

• Take a very early morning boat trip to the Cai Rang floating market.
• Visit a rice noodle-making village. Experience the "Monkey Bridge."
• Have lunch and proceed to Chau Doc to visit Tra Su Sanctuary, home to rich and diverse species. Then, take a motorized boat followed by a rowing boat deep into the forest.
• Back to Sam Mountain site to visit the Cave pagoda (if time permitted)
Have dinner – check in to hotel - overnight in Chau Doc.

Day 3 :
Chau Doc – Ho Chi Minh (B,L)

• Have breakfast and take a nice boat trip through the floating village to visit a Fish Farm in the floating houses. Then, visit the Cham ethnic minority with their traditional weaving village, followed by a local Islamic Mosque.
Back in Ho Chi Minh City around 6 PM.

Tour price includes

  • A/c private car/van or pick up, transfer & sightseeing as per program.
  • Private boat trip in the Mekong delta.
  • English speaking guide (guide speaking other languages upon request)
  • All entrance fees
  • Meals as indicated in the program (B = Breakfast; L = Lunch; D = Dinner)

Child Policy:

Child under 11 years old: 75% of adults fare

Child under 04 years old: FOC (Children’s expenses on tour will pay by their parents)

Refund Policy

When you book a reservation for a Tour or Service through our Website, full Payment by credit, debit card, bank transfer, or Paypal is required to make a reservation. 

No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals, or other services utilized.

If you wish to cancel a reservation made via the Website, this policy will apply to and govern the terms of your cancellation and any refunds. When canceling a booking, you will need to contact us and raise your demand for the total refund amount you will receive.

The standard cancellation policy for HanaTourist is:

a 100% refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start date of the experience.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start date of the experience will receive no refund. However, we will have full rights to decide if the Refund Claim is reasonable for the cancellations made during this timeline.

The value of the transaction may be subject to taxes, duties, foreign commerce, currency exchange, or other fees.
