Itinerary

Day 1 :

Two options to pick you up at your hotel by Cyclo transportation that depending on your schedule:
♦ Morning Trip: 8:00 AM
♦ Afternoon Trip: 3:00 PM
• We have time to get 30 minutes on a Cyclo trip and arrive at the meeting point for the training session-preparing part for the open-air market visit.
• From there, we start a market trip with a tour guide. That time, you have a chance how to bargain with local vendors, learn unique ways to understand how to collect fresh ingredients to use for cooking, etc.
• We are moving to the cooking class, and there is a place to begin the course and how to control the kitchen using tools, including knife skills, decoration dishes skills, and marinating skills to get Vietnamese food’s taste.
• To sum up, time to enjoy the specialty cooked by yourself and free time.

Child Policy:

Child under 11 years old: 75% of adults fare

Child under 04 years old: FOC (Children’s expenses on tour will pay by their parents)

Refund Policy

When you book a reservation for a Tour or Service through our Website, full Payment by credit, debit card, bank transfer, or Paypal is required to make a reservation. 

No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals, or other services utilized.

If you wish to cancel a reservation made via the Website, this policy will apply to and govern the terms of your cancellation and any refunds. When canceling a booking, you will need to contact us and raise your demand for the total refund amount you will receive.

The standard cancellation policy for HanaTourist is:

a 100% refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start date of the experience.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start date of the experience will receive no refund. However, we will have full rights to decide if the Refund Claim is reasonable for the cancellations made during this timeline.
